We wish to inform you what a true pleasure it was working with Tracy on the remodel of the front entrance to our home.  Tracy’s demeanor and personality seem perfect for his career.  He always kept us informed of the next step in the project; let us know who would be stopping by and when.  Tracy would stop by when he knew workers would be here and demonstrated a great rapport with all of them.
